industry. Our efficiently operated network of strategic alliances
with manufacturing and engineering concerns throughout Taiwan and
main land China provides quality products at very competitive prices
on a "just in time" basis

With
ISO 9001-2000 certified plants in Taiwan and China, our manufacturing
partners possess over 350,000 square feet of manufacturing facilities.
Capabilities include Zinc and Aluminum Die Casting, Extrusions, and
Stamping, and Plastic Injection Molding. In-house capabilities also
include finishing in Zinc, Nickel, Chrome and PVC coating. There are
over 700 employees, including a large engineering and quality assurance
staff ensuring total customer satisfaction from product design (including
PPAP and other documentation required) through delivery.

Our
strategic alliances with various engineering and manufacturing concerns
provide a permanent, local presence in both Taiwan and China. In addition
to our engineering and quality assurance expertise, we provide the
necessary language capabilities to ensure an error free understanding
in the development of products from conception to production. Our
personnel are fluent in English, Taiwanese, Chinese Mandarin and several
Chinese dialogs. We can conduct on-site inspections of all manufacturing
partners ensuring proper quality control and communication for Royal
Lock. We are constantly developing new strategic alliances for Royal
Lock, expanding our product lines to include (but not limited to)
sand and investment castings, rubber/EPDM/Silicon molding and Aluminum
extrusion and forming.
